Mark Turizm İnşaat Gıda Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 2017. Our company operates to make visa and e-Visa processes more understandable, organized and trackable for foreign nationals who wish to travel to Türkiye. As a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and the Service Exporters’ Association, Mark Turizm carries out its activities within the scope of international service exports.
A visa application is often more than simply completing a form. The applicant’s nationality, passport type, travel purpose, length of stay, entry date, supporting documents and payment requirements may directly affect the outcome of the process. Even citizens of the same country may be subject to different conditions depending on passport type, document status or travel purpose.
For this reason, our platforms focus on collecting application information in an organized manner, helping users follow the required steps more easily, and reducing the possibility of obvious errors, missing information or inconsistencies. Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy
The Türkiye e-Visa is an electronic visa system used for short-term travel for tourism or business purposes by citizens of eligible countries. The official e-Visa portal of the Republic of Türkiye is evisa.gov.tr. Applicants may submit their own applications directly through this portal without receiving any private consultancy service.
The e-Visa consultancy offered by Mark Turizm is an optional and paid service provided at the applicant’s request. This service is intended to assist with the preparation of application information, checking the consistency of the information with the passport and travel plan, reducing the possibility of missing or incorrect information, following payment and delivery steps, and providing travel planning support according to the selected consultancy package.
The e-Visa process may appear simple at first glance; however, eligibility conditions vary from country to country. Some applicants cannot obtain an e-Visa, some may apply only with certain passport types, and some must meet additional conditions before proceeding. Therefore, before starting an application, nationality alone is not enough; passport type, travel purpose, entry date and supporting document status should be evaluated together.
The main points to consider in Türkiye e-Visa applications are as follows:
- Travel purpose: The e-Visa may be used for tourism or business travel. Different visa procedures may be required for work, education, long-term residence, family reunification, medical treatment or similar purposes.
- Nationality and passport type: e-Visa eligibility is determined according to the applicant’s nationality and travel document type. Different results may apply for ordinary, diplomatic, service or special passports.
- Separate application for each traveler: A separate e-Visa must be obtained for each traveler. Infants and children are assessed separately even if they are registered in a parent’s passport.
- Passport validity: Foreigners entering Türkiye must hold a passport or travel document valid for at least 60 days beyond the expiry of the visa, e-Visa, visa exemption or residence permit period. Country-specific additional conditions may also be shown on the application screen.
- Information consistency: The name, surname, date of birth, passport number, nationality and travel document information on the e-Visa must match the passport. Even a minor spelling difference may cause problems during travel.
- No correction after issuance: Once an e-Visa is issued, the information on it cannot be changed. A new application may be required for applications created with incorrect information, and a refund for the previous payment may not be possible.
- Validity period and length of stay: The date range during which the e-Visa is valid is not the same as the number of days allowed to stay in Türkiye. The applicant must check both details together.
- Entry date: If the applicant wishes to enter Türkiye before the start date indicated on the e-Visa, a new application may be required.
- Payment and email confirmation: Email confirmation, payment and application completion steps must be completed within the specified time limits. Transactions that time out may require a new application.
- Carrying the document: The e-Visa may be checked electronically at the border; nevertheless, it is advisable to carry a digital or printed copy of the e-Visa during travel in case of a system issue.
Additional conditions may also be required for citizens of certain countries. These may include a return or onward ticket, accommodation information, sufficient financial means, travel with specific airlines, entry only by air, age conditions, or a valid Schengen, United States, United Kingdom or Ireland visa or residence permit. These conditions are not the same for everyone; the current conditions shown on the applicant’s own screen should be taken as the basis.
For applications requiring a supporting document, the relevant visa or residence permit must be valid on the date of entry into Türkiye. Electronic visas issued by other countries may not be accepted as supporting documents. Therefore, the type, validity date and compliance of the supporting document with the conditions on the application screen should be carefully checked before travel.
Traveling with an incorrect or invalid e-Visa may cause serious inconvenience. The applicant may be denied boarding, may lose flight ticket and accommodation costs, or may be denied entry at the border upon arrival in Türkiye. e-Visa consultancy helps reduce such risks; however, it does not guarantee visa approval, a result within a specific time, or entry into Türkiye.

Items such as the visa fee, payment processing cost, tax and any consultancy service fee are shown to the user before payment. Enabling the applicant to see which items they are paying for is one of our core transparency principles.
e-Visa consultancy is a private service that includes application preparation and process support. The scope of this service is evaluated according to the package selected by the user and the stage of the application. Refund requests are finalized by taking into account the application status, whether the service has started, whether a visa fee has been paid, payment processing costs and the applicable Service Agreement provisions.
Limits of Responsibility
The accuracy, currency and completeness of the information used in the application process is the responsibility of the applicant. Incorrect passport information, an incorrect travel date, an unsuitable travel purpose, missing documents, an invalid supporting document or failure to meet country-specific conditions may affect the application result.
No application is guaranteed visa approval, a result within a specific time, or entry into Türkiye. An approved visa or e-Visa does not by itself mean that the right of entry through the border can definitely be exercised. The decision to enter Türkiye is made in accordance with applicable legislation and the assessment at the border crossing.
Flights, accommodation, business meetings, medical appointments, education start dates, invitation programs and similar travel-related planning are the applicant’s own responsibility. Before traveling, visa status, passport validity, supporting document conditions and entry requirements should be checked.
Data Security and Privacy
Personal data, passport or identity information, travel information, contact details, limited payment transaction information and supporting documents shared during the application process are processed within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant privacy policy.
These data may be used for carrying out the application service, communicating with the user, conducting payment and security checks, delivering the application result, fulfilling legal obligations and improving service quality.
